As detailed in our terms and conditions, at Servicing Stop we do offer a 12-month (or 12,000 mile - whichever comes first) warranty, covering replacement parts - should they be defective - or related workmanship.
Resolution
If any customer reports that they do not feel that the work has been completed in full on their vehicle or that it has not been completed to the deemed standard we do ask that they make contact with us, using the following email address: customerservice@servicingstop.co.uk so we can complete the needed investigations and assist them further.
On completion of the investigation if it is found that any of the work has not been completed or that it has not been completed to required standard we will of course look to correct this for the customer, whether this be having the work re-completed on the vehicle or a refund being issued. We will also take the needed disciplinary actions with the garage in question and of course, if it is found that any garage is not performing to our required standards and in accordance with our guidelines we will look to remove them from our network.
