We are sorry to hear that your vehicle’s service light is still showing on the dashboard. It is always our policy to reset every vehicle's service light following their services with us and we will do our best to rectify this for you as quickly as possible.

If you are able to go down to the garage at any time convenient for you, they would be able to have this amended for you straight away. The garage address can be found in your booking confirmation email or you can email us at: customerservice@servicingstop.co.uk to request this information.
Please Note: Certain BMW's do have onboard service books, known as an iDrive, and at this time we are unfortunately unable to update the iDrive, due to access restrictions, but we can ensure that your digital service record is updated online to show completion of the service as well as providing you with a copy of your invoice and service schedule.
