We are sorry to hear that your vehicle’s service book has not been stamped following its service with us.
It’s always our policy to stamp every vehicle's service book following their services and we do apologise that this was not done in your case, we will do our best to rectify this for you as quickly as possible.
Resolution
If you are able to go down to the garage at any time convenient for you, they would be able to have this amended for you straight away. The garage address can be found in your booking confirmation email or you can email us at: customerservice@servicingstop.co.uk to request this information.
Alternatively, you can post your Service Book via Royal Mail Signed for Delivery to the following address:

We'll have the book stamped and returned to you as soon as possible via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Please Note: If the service book is not posted to us via recorded delivery, we will not be held liable for loss/theft. If you could please also take a picture of your postage/packaging receipts, and send them to this email address: customerservice@servicingstop.co.uk, we will ensure you are fully reimbursed for any expense incurred.
