We are sorry to hear that your vehicle’s online service records have not been updated following its service with us. It is always our policy to update every vehicle's service records following their services and we do apologise that this was not done in your case, we will do our best to rectify this for you as quickly as possible.
Resolution
If you press the green button in the bottom right hand corner of this screen a pop up window will appear. In the pop up window text box, type 'DSR not Updated' and follow the instructions provided.
Once your request has been received, a member of our team will be able to assist you further and submit the DSR update request to the relevant team for you.
Please Note: Certain BMW's do have onboard service books, known as an iDrive, and at this time we are unfortunately unable to update the iDrive, due to access restrictions, but we can ensure that your digital service record is updated online to show completion of the service as well as providing you with a copy of your invoice and service schedule.
