Customers automatically have a 14 day cooling off period when entering into an agreement with a company but by asking us to commence the additional works that you have authorised for your vehicle you have agreed to waive your right to this 14 day cooling off period.
Customers are able to choose to cancel any agreed works within this period but please note you will be charged for any works that we have started or completed prior to your cancellation request.
