Whilst your vehicle is at the garage we will not only do a physical inspection we will also check it against the manufacturers schedules so you are fully aware of any work that may be required at that particular service interval.
On completion of the service one of our service advisors will call you to discuss the vehicle report and garage findings. On this call you will be advised of any additional work that may be needed and provided with quotes for this.
Please Note: When a vehicle does come in for a service and/or MOT with us we do have a duty of care to provide the customer with a full report so they are aware of the condition that their vehicle has been found in and when additional work is advised customers do always have a choice as to whether they wish to approve or decline the work.
