Servicing Stop offer free vehicle collection and delivery with all services booked through us.
On the morning of the service your vehicle will be collected from your chosen address between 8am and 10am, it will then be taken to the garage for the service to be completed.
The collection driver will usually call you the evening before or the morning of the service date to confirm the collection so please do save this number: 07445814100 in your phone as Servicing Stop.
Do I need to leave anything in the vehicle?
Yes, please do ensure that you do leave your vehicle's Locking Wheel Nut Key and Service Book out on the passenger seat so the garage are able to find these.
What happens if I do not have a Locking Wheel Nut Key?
This will not be a problem, as the Locking Wheel Nut Key will not be needed in order for the service to be completed, as the garage can measure your Brake wear using a tool that is inserted through your alloys.
The only time the Locking Wheel Nut Key would be required is if a Brake or Tyre replacement needs to take place and if this is the case the garage can always provide you with a quote for a replacement Locking Wheel Nut set and Key.
What happens if I do not have a Service Book?
If you do not have a service book this will not be an issue, as on completion of the service we can send an invoice and service schedule for you, as proof that the work that has been completed.
I missed my collection call, what can I do now?
If you have missed the collection call you can try phoning the garage back on the phone number that has been provided in your booking confirmation email.
It is 10am and my vehicle has not been collected yet, what can I do?
If your vehicle has not been collected yet please do allow the garage some extra time as sometimes the delay can be due to traffic or driver availability.
How can I get an update on my vehicle collection time?
The collection partners phone number has been provided in your booking confirmation email and if you wish to you are able to call this number, which is available up until midnight on the service date, to request an update on your vehicle collection time.
Alternatively, our Head Office, which is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, can be contacted by pressing the green button in the bottom right hand corner of this screen. A pop up window will appear and in the text box please type 'Late Collection' and follow the instructions provided.
