On the morning of the service your vehicle will be collected from your chosen address between 8am and 10am, it will then be taken to the garage for the service to be completed.
On completion of the service one of our service advisors will call you to discuss the vehicle report and garage findings. On this call you will be advised of any additional work that is needed and provided with quotes for this, you can then choose whether you would like to approve or decline the additional work that has been advised to you.
Once the vehicle report has been provided the garage will be notified, they will then complete any needed additional work before returning the vehicle back to your chosen address between 4pm and 6pm.
Will the garage reset my Service Light?
Yes, following the completion of your service the garage will be able to reset your service light for you.
Please Note: Certain BMW's do have onboard service books and at this time we are unfortunately unable to update the iDrive, due to access restrictions, but we can ensure that your digital service record is updated online to show completion of the service.
Will the garage stamp my Service Book?
Yes, on completion of the service the garage will stamp your service book for you, so please do make sure that your service book is left out on the passenger seat so it's easy to find.
What happens if I do not have a Service Book?
If you do not have a service book this will not be an issue, as on completion of the service we can send an invoice and service schedule for you, as proof that the work that has been completed.
What if my vehicle has an online service record?
Servicing Stop will fully support your vehicle's service history and upon completion of the service we will be able to update the digital service records, as well as providing you with a copy of the service schedule and your invoice.
