Servicing Stop offer free vehicle collection and delivery with all services booked through us.
We offer same day servicing and our delivery times are usually set between 4pm and 6pm on the service date, once the service has been completed in full and the payment has been authorised.
If unforeseen circumstances cause the vehicle to be delivered outside these times, you will be notified of this by a Servicing Stop representative.
Servicing Stop garages do tend to work late to ensure that they can get all of the needed work completed on time so if your vehicle has not been delivered back yet please do allow some extra time as the delay could be due to the needed work, traffic or driver availability.
How can I get an update on my vehicle delivery time?
The delivery partners phone number has been provided in your booking confirmation email and if you wish to you are able to call this number, which is available up until midnight on the service date, to request an update on your vehicle delivery time.
Alternatively, our Head Office, which is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, can be contacted by pressing the green button in the bottom right hand corner of this screen. A pop up window will appear and in the text box please type 'Late Delivery' and follow the instructions provided.
My vehicle is delayed being returned and I need to complete a journey, what can I do?
If your car has not been delivered by the expected time and you do need to travel please do make the needed alternative travel arrangements.
