Yes, Servicing Stop do offer a payment plan option for their customers.
We currently offer 4 month or 6 month payment plans. Our payment plans are 0% interest and the first payment would be due on the service day, when the plan is taken out.
How can I request a Payment Plan?
If you are interested in our payment plan option you can ask your service advisor more about this when they call on the service day, to provide you with your vehicle report.
How are my payments taken?
Your first payment will be taken on the day of the service, this will be followed by 3 or 5 more equal payments, depending on the length of your chosen payment plan, which will be paid via a recurring Debit card payment.
For Example: If your payment plan is for the total of £100.00 and spread over 4 months you would pay a total of £25.00 on the service date followed by three monthly installments of £25.00.
How do I know if my Payment Plan has started?
Once you have completed the link and the forms that are sent, you will then receive an email confirming the Payment Plan has been set up successfully, which will include a schedule of your loan payments.
Can I change my payment dates once I have started the Payment Plan?
Yes, you can change your payment to any date within the month that the payment is due and if you do need to change your payment dates you can contact the Payment Plan team directly, on 01664 503151, to request this.
Is there the option to pay the payment plan in full earlier that the agreed date?
Yes, you can choose to pay your Payment Plan in full before the agree date and if you do wish to do this please call the Payment Plan team on: 01664 503151 to request this.
