We do advise that, once submitted, refunds may take between 7 to 14 working days to reach your account, depending on who you bank with and they will go back onto the card that was originally used to make payment with.
Why does it take 7 to 14 working days?
The refund process is automated through our payment provider so we do advise that the maximum time that the refund will take to reach your account is 7 to 14 working days, as it does take time for the refund to be processed on our end, for the funds to reach your bank and then for your bank to transfer the funds to your available balance.
