Let us walk you through our online payments screen which can be accessed by pressing the link below:
1. Once you've clicked the link above, your screen should look like the image below. Enter your booking reference number, which can be found in your booking confirmation email, and your vehicle registration and it will then let you proceed to the next step.
2. Next you will see a screen that shows your payment total. You'll be asked if you would like to proceed to the payment with or without the loyalty booking option. Please press the blue button to add the loyalty booking or press the blue text to proceed without the loyalty booking option.
3. Next ensure that your billing details match those that the card is registered to and select 'proceed'.
4. Please ensure the correct payment method is selected. The card types showing are the only payment methods that we currently accept using Sage Pay.
5. After selecting your card type, enter your details and follow the instructions, at this stage your bank may ask you for further security checks.
6. Once the payment is successful you don't need to do anything else, just sit back and wait for your vehicle to be returned.
