If you need to cancel your booking you can do this free of charge, at any time before the service date.
How do I submit a cancellation request?
You can cancel your booking using the following link: https://www.servicingstop.co.uk/Cancellation.html
Alternatively, press the green button in the bottom right hand corner of this screen and a pop up window will appear. In the green pop up window, type the word 'Cancel' in the text box, select your reason for cancellation and follow the instructions provided.
What happens if I cancel and I have paid in advance?
If you cancel your booking and it is not due to take place within the next 72 hours, your payment will be refunded in full. If the cancellation request is received within 72 hours of the scheduled booking date, a £25.00 admin fee will apply, in line with our terms and conditions, which can be found here.
Please Note: Refunds may take between 7 to 14 working days, from the cancellation date, to reach your account, depending on who you bank with, and they will go back onto the card that was originally used to make payment with.
