Yes, you can request to change any of the details on your booking, up to 24 hours before your vehicle is due to be collected.
Amendments can be made to any of the following details:
- Booking date
- Service type
- MOT requirement
- Vehicle details
- Vehicle collection/delivery address
- Your Contact Number
- Your Email address
- Booking notes to be supplied to the Garage
How do I submit a request to amend my booking?
If you press the green button in the bottom right hand corner of this screen a pop up window will appear. In the pop up window text box, type the word 'Amend' and follow the instructions provided.
Once you have provided us with all of the needed the details of the specific requested changes one of our advisors will amend the booking for you and confirm once this has been done.
