Yes, if you are already aware of the work needed on your vehicle or you do need a specific repair to be completed you can note this information on your booking form, in the 'other information' area.
We will then be able to allocate the service to the appropriate garage for you and whilst the vehicle is at the garage they can then provide you with a quote for the needed work.
Can you provide me with a quote for the specific repairs upfront?
We are unfortunately unable to provide specific repair costs upfront due to the following reasons:
1. We need to find out what parts are available on the day and where these are purchased from, we supply some of the garages parts and garages supply other parts so we won’t know the price until the day.
2. The mechanic needs to look at the car, sometimes a problem is not always what we think it is and could be something completely different.
Can I place a booking for repairs only?
At this time we unfortunately cannot accept bookings for repair work only, we would be able to look into any repairs when a vehicle is in for an MOT or service but you cannot book just for repairs at this time and we do apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
