At Servicing Stop Ltd we have a nationwide network of approved independent garages, with qualified mechanics and technicians, using the latest diagnostic equipment, so wherever you live we will have a garage close to you.
Servicing Stop garages ensure that all parts used are of OE (Original Equipment) quality so we can always ensure that the vehicle manufacturers' warranties are validated and in addition to this Servicing Stop also offer a 12-month (or 12,000 - whichever comes first) warranty, covering replacement parts - should they be defective - or related workmanship.
Which garage will complete my service?
Once your booking has been confirmed by you we will speak with the garages in your local area to check their availability and once the garage have confirmed we will send their address to you via email.
Don't worry if you do not receive the email straight away as we do have to allow some time for it to be sent to the various garages in your area. We will contact you if there is any further information we need to confirm the booking.
What happens if I am unhappy with the allocated garage?
If there is any reason that you want to change the garage we've allocated for your service, just let us know and we'll select an alternative. Please try and let us know as soon as possible as it will give us the best chance of keeping your service date.
What if my vehicle still has its manufacturer warranty, will this be affected?
No. Your vehicle's warranty will remain protected at all times with Servicing Stop.
Government legislation named "Block Exemption" passed in 2003, which allows independent garages to carry out your car service without breaking your warranty. This means you no longer have to use your pricey main dealer because our car parts, which are of OE quality, will ensure that your warranty remains protected.
How do you monitor your garages?
Any garage wishing to join the Servicing Stop network must first undertake a comprehensive assessment to determine suitability. All aspects of the operation are evaluated including staff, management and ownership. Every garage that we assess must also provide appropriate insurance documentation and accreditation from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency.
Once a garage has passed the needed checks to join our network they are monitored closely using customer feedback and quality control, to ensure that the highest standards are kept at all times.
