Servicing Stop offer free vehicle collection and delivery with all services booked through us.
We can pick up your vehicle up from any UK address whether it's your workplace or home address but please note we do need the collection and delivery to be to the same address, as the garage will usually leave their vehicle behind when they come to collect yours.
Collection
On the morning of the service the garage will aim to collect your vehicle from your chosen address between 8am and 10am.
The garage may call or text you to confirm the booking the evening before or on the morning of the service so please make sure that you do keep an eye out for this.
Delivery
We do offer same day servicing and our delivery times are usually set between 4pm and 6pm on the service date, once the service has been completed in full and the payment has been authorised.
Do I need to be at home when the vehicle is collected?
No, if you will not be at the collection address on the morning of the service you are able to leave your vehicle key in a safe place or with a neighbour and when the driver calls to confirm the collection you can advise them then where the key will be left or you can make a note of this on your booking in the 'other information' area on the booking form.
Can I request a later collection time?
Yes, if you require a later collection time you can request this when placing your booking but please note that our latest collection time would be around 11:00am, to ensure that the garage have enough time to complete the needed work and get the vehicle returned back to you on the same day.
Can I drop off and collect my vehicle from the garage myself?
Yes, if you do wish to drop off and collect your vehicle from the garage yourself you are able to do to this.
Are the drivers insured to drive my vehicle?
Yes, the garage will have their own insurance which will cover them to drive your vehicle to and from your chosen address. If your vehicle is not taxed or insured please do make a note of this on the booking form and we can arrange for the garage to bring Trade Plates if needed.
